The Chapultec cultural district is one of the most favorite spot for companies to establish themselves, it is important to highlight in this zone the existing of many former residences with aesthetic value that eventually have been transformed into administrative buildings. Therefore the challenge here was to create an outstanding office concept quality by a highly respectful intervention of external volume and textures, and at the same time give the work modern fluid, functional and dynamic interior spaces. A Good structural calculation and execution was the key to rescue this abandoned residence back in 2010.
